U(Error Code 103): Unique access code not found. Please contact our customer service

If you encounter above error. Most likely you have filled up the details wrongly. Please check if you have filled up the details in the correct column. Also please check if you have missed out some of the letter or digit while you copy the credentials.

(Error Code 401): Login Code not found. Please login then get the code again.

This means that our server didn't receive any Steam Guard Code. Before you proceed to pickup the steam code in our website or application. You will have to initiate Steam to send us the verification code by logging in Steam using the credentials provided. Please make sure you read through the Steam Verification Code Pickup System

(Error Code 404): Login Code expired. Please login then submit again.

This means that the Steam Guard Verification Code is expired. Please quit your steam and re-login again, this will prompt steam to resend the verification code again. Once Steam ask for verification code again. Input back the details provided and click on Get PIN code.

(Error Code 305): The number of times you can get the login code has reached the limit. Please contact us for reset.

If you encounter above error. This means that you're logging in through multiple device in a single day. You're either sharing your purchased account with your friends/family. Please note that as stated in the terms we only allow 1 account/device for 1 purchase. Account sharing or reselling is not allowed. Please contact us if you encounter this error.
